X. was raped on Saturday 7am, after leaving 'baile funk', and on Sunday at 19h. Were 36 hours she spent in the hands of criminals. In addition to the video that had already been published, another recording made, along with two other traffickers, shows the scenes and executioners introducing even objects in the intimate parts of the unconscious girl.
On Monday, according to delegated Cristiana Bento, from Department of Child and Adolescent Victim (Dcav), will be published the full report of Raí's cell. The device, which the boy was said to have thrown away, was kept in a friend's house in Madureira.
Raí and Raphael Assis Duarte Belo, 41, remain trapped. Raí has been linked to the crime because even admitted that would be responsible for recording the video showing naked and unconscious girl, but days later changed his version. Already Raphael appears in the video making a selfie with the unconscious victim in the background.
In the new video, there is evidence of participation, beyond Raí and Raphael, Moisés Camilo de Lucena, known as Canary and Jefinho. The last two are fugitives. And more: that traffickers have forced residents to participate, after days of demonstrations against the girl raped.
And after the withdrawal of the arrest warrant that freed Lucas Perdomo Duarte dos Santos, one of the suspects of having participated in the rape, the lawyer defending the young man intends to sue the State if his innocence is proved.
Lucas, player of Boavista Sport Club, Saquarema, left Penitentiary of Gericinó on Friday. The boy is still investigated, but police found no evidence to justify keeping it stuck.
